Bette Loves Bryan

I’m not sure what has taken me decades to uncover the treasured collection of handwritten love letters from my Mom to my Dad during their time apart and leading up to their fabled February 1961 wedding day.
bird-on-rope2A song sparrow sings to me while perched upon her post amidst the picturesque backdrop of the rugged Pacific coast. A sign perhaps . . .
As it is here – the Northern California coast – that takes me back to where it all began for my parents and inevitably for me!
This is my journey of captured reflections and self discovery as I embrace my parent’s life and love within the delicate pages of these treasured 76 handwritten love letters . . .
Affectionately, I will call this – Bette Loves Bryan.
