Bossa Nova cafe jazz relaxes me as I slump into the mustard swivel recliner and settle into the continuation of Mom’s Love Letter 12, page 3:

Evidently the wedding pictures are back and very good – so when I get some will definitely send them to you my love.
Marion was saying that the one in colour of the bride and the bridesmaids was very good; the photographer is getting it enlarged and using it for sample purposes – but will see them Thursday.
The Gulicks are giving us one of the group (black & white) and Marion & Kirk are giving us a coloured one so should be nice.
Am going over there for supper Thurs. nite and take my uniform and off to work from there.
Marion isn’t working at all.
Well my dear will close now and I’ll write again real soon.
Hope all is going well w/ your job and you are feeling better – please take care of yourself dear. I love you so very much.

Actually quite a crazy crew during the nite shift – 3 nurses and an orderly and someone always brings some goodies for the nite shift.
Spend an hour or so in the kitchen gabbing and telling jokes – also the radio is on all nite – to keep us awake.
It has been real quiet the past while.
